Opportunities with CONNECTIONS:
Volunteer. Collaborate. Partner.

Becoming a CONNECTIONS Central volunteer is a powerful way to make a real difference in the world around you. Whether you're promoting our events, facilitating a meeting, or sharing information about the mission, your time and effort can have a lasting impact on others and on yourself.

Being a volunteer also opens the door to meaningful connections, allowing you to meet new people, build friendships, and become part of a supportive community. It’s an opportunity for personal growth—where you can learn new skills, gain valuable experience, and strengthen qualities like empathy, leadership, and teamwork.

Beyond the practical benefits, being a volunteer brings a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment. It can improve your mental well-being, reduce stress, and even boost your career by enhancing your resume and showing your commitment to making a difference. Ultimately, volunteering enriches both your life and the lives of those you serve.

CONNECTIONS Ambassadors:

CONNECTIONS Ambassadors serve as enthusiastic advocates and promoters, actively raising awareness, building support, and encouraging engagement with our mission, programs, and events. Ambassadors help to expand the organization’s reach and impact through communication, relationship-building, and visibility efforts.

CONNECTIONS Group Leader:

A Group Leader is responsible for building, guiding, and sustaining a local community Gathering. Their inspiration to become a group leader is often two-fold: 1.) They are aligned with CONNECTION Central’s missions; 2.) They have seen the positive impact our Gatherings have on individuals and the community.

CONNECTIONS Facilitator:

A facilitator plays a vital role as a “Connector,” encouraging meaningful connections within each meeting and fostering a sense of belonging among participants. By guiding discussions and interactions, facilitators have the ability to make a positive impact on others, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and engaged. When facilitators embody strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills, they set a powerful example for the group.
